Scope of Work
General Construction
- Demo: remove toilet (keep for re-install), remove shower completely, remove shower ceiling,
- Remove mirror
- Raise ceiling in shower
- Install shower door once constructed.
Tile
- Install large format tile on bathroom floor
- Shower
- Large format tile on walls
- 1 recessed shelf
Sheetrock/Texture
- Install new ceiling covering in shower
- Patch wall and texture to match once mirror is removed
Carpentry
- Misc trim work on baseboards, etc.
Paint
- 2 colors (one for walls and one for trim, base, crown, door.) Prep and paint.
- Paint vanity and wall cabinet
Plumbing
- New valves and trim kit in shower
Electrical
- Add light in shower
- Replace bathroom vent/light
HVAC
- none
Finishing Touches
- Hang new mirror
- Install toilet paper holder and towel rods.
