Scope of Work

General Construction

  • Remove iron decorative fence
  • Install new horizontal cedar boards
  • Remove siding on front porch
  • Install new horizontal cedar siding (tongue and groove) 
  • Build cedar stained shutters: clean and modern
  • Remove storm door: properly fill and prep area

Gutters

  • Copper gutters: quote for copper-look and real copper
    • 224' of roof line guttering
    • 11 downspouts from 8' ceiling

Paint

  • 1 body color. Prep and paint. Minimal board repairs, scraping, filling.
  • 1 trim color around doors
  • Paint front door

Electrical

  • Add 5 can lights in the soffit in the front of the house.  Panel is in the back of the house.  
  • Replace 2 porch lights
