Summary

The Kingsport renovation is a master bathroom remodel.  The general scope of work will include, removing everything in the bathroom down to the studs, trenching the toilet drain line 10' to the north and build a toilet room for privacy.  We will install a custom lower cabinet and and floating shelves in the toilet closet, custom 8' vanity with wall mount faucets, quartz countertops.  We will be removing the current shower and tripling the square footage within the shower and adding a rain head and hand-held wand.  Finish on hardware will be brushed brass and matte black.  For tile we will be installing large wood-look tile on the floor in a herringbone pattern visually pulling you into the space.  The back wall in the shower will be a herringbone pattern and the other walls will be brick pattern.  The East wall will be wallpaper with a simple design to add another texture to the space.  New vent fans, recessed lights, sconces and heated floor will also be added.
